Family Model Residential services offers people supported the opportunity to live in the home of a trained caregiver of their choice who is a not family member. This is a shared living arrangement, in which the caregiver allows the individual to move into his or her existing home in order to integrate the person into the shared experiences of a home and family, support their independence and full integration into the community, and ensures that the person’s choices and rights are preserved.
