We provide employment services and training activities to support successful transition to individualized integrated employment or self-employment. The service includes a discovery of the person’s strongest interests, skills and strengths necessary for successful employment; or an exploration and identification of a person’s specific interests and aptitudes for paid work, including experience and skills transferable to individualized integrated employment or self-employment. We also provide job coaching to assist the individual in maintaining individualized integrated employment or self-employment and job development where the individual is supported to obtain a competitive or customized job in an integrated employment setting in the general workforce.
